I want to tickle my sisters feet?

hey so i want to tickle her feet (yes i have a tickle ) shes extremely ticklish everywhere that includes her feet, what would be the best way of doing it? how long should i do it for? any tools i should use? and should i pull her socks off or leave them on? what would honestly make her feet more ticklish? thanks :)
