Is this too much makeup for a 13-year-old?

My daily makeup routine; put on moisturizer, apply concealer under my eyes and use it to cover any pimples, apply dark brown mascara, apply a tiny bit of brown eyeliner on my upper lash line and use it to subtly fill in the sparse areas of my brows and finally apply lip balm and clear shimmery natural lip gloss. I am also thinking about getting some blush. What do you think?
