Safe, reliable not too expensive tattoo parlor in or around sweet home, or?

hi i have two tattoos already and the artist aht formerly did them no longer tattoos and i don't want to just walk into any parlor and say ink away...does anyone know of any good, safe and clean tattoo artists or parlor's in or around sweet home, or? thanks any help or reccomendations will be appreciated.
