GUY Helpp!? PLZ?

okk so theres this guy who i've been kinda dating for the last couple of weeks. We've gone to the movies for the past 2 weekends, and we hang out at the library and stuff alot...and we have a ton of fun together. Its kinda annoying tho because hes in 3 out of 4 of my cles and he doesnt pay that much attention to me. Hes always fooling around with these other ppl. We talk on the phone 2-3 hours a day tho. Should I like him....or what? i mean do u thikn he likes me? and if he was gonna ask me to be his girlfriend wouldnt he have asked by now?
