How do you make a college football playoff?

With so may schools and and conferences i wanna hear your idea on how to make a playoff system fair to all schools. I mean that's the number 1 reason why people want to do away the BCS. Do you have a tournament like March Madness or do you just take the top 10 teams in the polls and let them play. Let me know your thoughts.
