What is the name of this phenomena?

It's still a theory so don't put too much thought into it. The fact is that any living thing has some kind of electrical current active and when it dies that electricity goes back into the world and back into the universe. If this is about ghosts then the relation to ghost and electricity is still out for debate, if ghosts aren't a creation of our own hidden mind and mental abilities.
